Operations Optimization:

Situation: Fragmented supply chain operations in Asia   

Service: Designed financial reporting tools and used agile project management to drive operational synergies across markets.  Aligned digital health platforms for aggregated reporting.

Result: Operations alignment across 7 countries in Asia. 12+ healthtech platforms designed and launched​ producing real-time supply chain data. ​

Corporate Innovation

Situation: ​Lack of operational data for the business unit   

Service: Designed a SaaS tool to capture client data from 30 countries, Built a user friendly digital report interface that received high praise from the client and SVP.   

Result: Executive leadership used data dashboards for resource optimization and new business opportunities.

Strategic Advisory

Situation: Rapid growth requiring new organizational structure   

Service: Served as fractional Chief of Staff supporting the CEO. Conducted organizational capacity assessment, developed a new strategic plan and advised CEO on strategic growth options. Supported operations team by creating new SOPs. Led business development opportunities.

Result: New organization structure created and aligned with growth plan.  ​​

​Kennin Strategies Founder, Wayne Lifshitz, is a trusted advisor to corporate leadership, startup founders, and boards. He offers 18 years of experience in corporate and government strategy, innovation, operations optimization, organizational design, and business development. With experience working in more than 30 countries he has managed all functions of an organization and quickly deduces solutions for complex problems. ​Wayne is a serial inventor with two patents and six trademarks, and serves as a mentor and judge for numerous social impact startup incubator programs. 


He currently serves on the Board of The Mockingbird Foundation and recently retired after 17 years on the Board from The Rational Games Foundation. 


Wayne received his Master's from Boston University and B.A. from U.C. Berkeley (go Bears). He also completed Master's education at Arizona State University in Supply Chain and Leadership. A native Californian, Wayne now lives near D.C. He does improv and likes judo too. ​
